Fast Casual Restaurant, NYC

A new neighborhood fast casual dining experience in New York City. Our design for this Peruvian Restaurant was inspired by its spectacular mountain landscape, history and multi-faucet culture. Along the journey, the experience is both tactile—terra cotta wainscoting, jewel-toned green tile, and textured glass — as well as visual, with linen tones, stepped forms, and warm red mahogany wood paneling. Each section of the restaurant is infused with unexpected historic details and references that tell a different side of Peru.
